a series of interactive culinary interventions that are a hybrid of installation, sculpture, and culinary happening, that are spacific to the temporal and space of exhibition events openings.  

The first of the series was presented in Deceber 2018, and used stored, or left out set-up exhibition structures at A.M Qattan Foundation’s storage, therefore recycling the function of exhibition structures, to become insprations and layout for food, througout the duration of an evening. Guests were teased to partake in the work, through different modes of engagement, from savoring, to negotiating modes of eating, to engaging with how the food is displayed.
